Tâm Thành is building a chatbot to support people with families as they reflect on everyday life and family matters.
Starting with life in a family.
Tâm Thành focuses on everyday experiences and family relationships. The aim is to make room for conversation, so a person can pause, put their thoughts into words and consider a situation from more than one perspective.
We are developing this idea into a minimum viable product (MVP). The chatbot is not currently offered as a live product on this website.

- Planned development: We intend to use Claude to build and evaluate the chatbot.

The chatbot being developed may support reflection, but it is not a professional practitioner and cannot fully assess each family's circumstances.
